Dr. Ram Bilas Pachori

Prof. Ram Bilas Pachori (IEEE Fellow)

Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India

He was Assistant Professor (2009-2013), Associate Professor (2013-2017), and Professor (2017-2023) at Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, where he has been Professor (HAG) since 2023. His research interests include signal and image processing, biomedical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, brain-computer interface, machine learning, and AI and IoT in healthcare. He has more than 365 publications which include journal articles, conference papers, books, and book chapters with approximately 19000 citations as per Google Scholar (March 2025). He is Fellow of IEEE, IET, IETE, and IEI. He was Associate Editor of IEEE TNSRE (2021-2024). Currently, he is Associate Editor of Electronics Letters, IEEE OJEMB, Computers and Electrical Engineering, and BSPC. He is also serving as Handling Editor of Signal Processing and Editor of IETE Technical Review journal.

Prof. Bin Liu

Dalian University of Technology, China

Prof. Liu, a professor at Dalian University of Technology, a doctoral supervisor, a visiting professor at Dalian University Affiliated Hospital, a member of the Higher Education Committee of the Ministry of Education, the director and technical leader of the Key Laboratory of Medical Simulation Technology in Liaoning Province, a standing committee member of the Chinese Research Hospital Society's Neuroregeneration and Repair Professional Committee, a member of the 3D Printing Technology Branch of the China Biomedical Technology Association and so on. His main research directions include computer vision and graphics images, intelligent medical image processing and analysis, computer-assisted three-dimensional preoperative planning and simulation. He has led 1 project of the National Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology for the "14th Five-Year Plan", 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and over 20 provincial and ministerial-level, and commissioned projects. He has published over 70 international journal papers as the first author or corresponding author, and has obtained over 30 national invention patents as the first complete person, and over 40 software copyrights.

Prof. Jianqi Sun

Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

Title: Image-guided Multimodal Tumor Therapy System Innovations and Clinical Applications

Jianqi Sun is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Biomedical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he also serves as Deputy Dean of the Med-X Research Institute. With a long-term focus on the research, development, and commercialization of high-end medical equipment—such as multimodal tumor therapy systems and intelligent biomedical imaging technologies—he has led numerous major research projects. These include the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program, General Program, and Joint Fund for Large Scientific Facilities, as well as key projects under the National Key R&D Program "Research and Development of Digital Diagnostic and Therapeutic Equipment." He has authored over 60 research papers published in journals including Medical Image Analysis and holds 15 authorized patents. His contributions have been recognized with several awards, such as the Second Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Ministry of Education, the First Prize of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, and the Shanghai Xuhui District Guangqi Talent Program (Youth Project).
